W Pompano Beach Hotel & Residences marks the next evolution of the W brand, blending the style of a beachfront luxury destination with the energy of a vibrant social hub on one of Florida's most beautiful beaches. The project offers two distinct ownership options: private oceanfront residences (The Residences) and fully furnished five-star condo-hotel suites (The Suites). The Residences include 74 homes between 2,400 and 3,400 sq. ft., plus 3 penthouses with rooftop pools and an exclusive amenities collection on top of the full W hotel infrastructure. The Suites include 296 furnished studio, 1, and 2-bedroom units between 580 and 1,860 sq. ft., including 3 WOW Suites. Highlights include the 60,000 sq. ft. WET® Pool Deck, the AWAY Spa®, the FIT® gym with a yoga studio, pickleball and padel courts, an award-winning all-day restaurant, and The Living Room®, the W brand's social hub — all backed by the WhateverWhenever® philosophy of round-the-clock service.
