I grew up in Brazil in a humble family, where hard work was the only way to move through the world. My first major professional chapter was at the top of the tallest building in Latin America — and that's where I understood, in practice, that a good property isn't just what you see. It's the strategy and the market read behind it.
Moving to Florida wasn't an impulse. It was the natural continuation of an obsession I already had: understanding where smart money is going, and how to put my clients on the right side of that decision.
