Coming Soon to Miami Beach's skyline- Michael Stern's JDS Development Group, in partnership with DJ Gianluca Vacchi's GV Development Group, & Terra Group, have received approval from Miami Beach commissioners for up zoning 1250 West Avenue, allowing a 330-foot, 32-story tower—more than double the previous 150-foot limit. The project recently secured city approvals to build a slimmer, taller tower—rising up to 330 feet with a maximum of 125 condos. The project will rise on the 1.9-acre waterfront property currently occupied by the 15-story Bay Garden Manor condo building, constructed in 1964.
